A fleet of On Track Machines are equipped with a “one shot” bottle sander system but the system is no longer supported by the OEM and the bottles can no longer be maintained/replenished.
The machine owners and operators approached us, initially to support the “one shot” system, and we proposed a simple, manually operated fixed rate sander system to replace the “one shot” system.
We have incorporated sand level sensing/display and sander activity display/OTMR interface into the design. Fitment is due to start in March 2020.”
